How to wash your hair with shampoo?
Put shampoo onto the palm of your hand. Massage the shampoo into the scalp with your fingertips.
Rinse all of the shampoo out of hair with water. Slowly dry the hair with towel so the hair will not fall. You can wrapped the hair with towel it will absorbed all the remaining water from the hair and make it dry. After shower use a wide tooth comb for the hair.
Why need to use a wide tooth comb for the hair? Its gentle on the scalp, easy detangling ,prevents the hair from breakage, reduce split ends, and less hair fall. If you use shampoo make sure you will partner it with conditioner and choose the one that suit for your hair.
There’s shampoo for dry, fine and oily hair. If your hair is oily once a day is enough. But if your aging the hair becomes more dry so better to use shampoo every other day no need to use daily. If you have colored hair there is shampoo that suit for you also.
For dry hair you can use 2 and 1 shampoo. Men and women get loss there hair when it happens go and check for the dermatologist. Why hair loss?. Maybe its in your genes, just giving birth, operation and therapy can cause hair loss also.
How to Deal with POSTPARTUM Hair Loss?
Don’t tie up wet hair .Handle hair with care. Use coconut milk for the hair. Follow a healthy diet.
Stay stress free. Try to cut the hair to less hair fall. Avoid intensive shampoo and conditioners.
The normal hair will comeback after a year. We have some problems also like very dry hair, frizzy hair and very thin hair. What you need to do is , if your hair become dry after bath .You can use rollers and blow dry a little and after that comb the hair to have volume.

Iron- rich foods- like green leafy vegetables and meat
Biotin rich foods- eggs, cauliflower, sweet potato, spinach ,avocado and peanut butter.
