Natural Remedies to Whiten Elbow

We get annoyed when we see that our elbow is dark. It is one of the part of the body that is difficult to whiten. There are natural ways to whiten the elbows and don’t spend a lot of money. Baking soda – it has exfoliating and skin lightening properties that can help to whiten the elbow. Little by little, put a teaspoon of baking soda in a bowl of water, stir well until you get the desired amount of product. Apply the mixture directly to the elbow. Use the product like a mask, soak the product for ten to fifteen minutes then rinse. Do it twice a week. Avoid using baking soda on the face.

Oatmeal and yogurt – both has sodium qualities that add extra moisture to dry skin. Like baking soda these two ingredients are best used as a mask. Mix equal amount of oatmeal and yogurt, mix well and apply on the elbows. Soak for twenty minutes.

Citrus fruits – squeeze citrus fruits and extract its juice. Take a little citrus juice with a cotton ball or a clean cloth and apply directly to the elbow. This process can be done every day.

Aloe vera – according to study, aloe vera can whiten the skin. You can use gel or lotion with aloe vera. Do this twice daily.
