Hemorrhoids is the inflammation of the veins in the rectum. Symptoms of having hemorrhoids can be painless, or accompanied by pain. Sometimes those external hemorrhoids are really painful.

There are times when the anus is itchy, there is a feeling that when you defecate, it feels like everything has not been released yet. People with hemorrhoids often have difficulty defecating and having blood in the stool.

What causes Hemorrhoids? Based on the study, when the patients parent had hemorrhoids, the risk of having hemorrhoids is also higher. The main reason for having hemorrhoids is chronic constipation. Chronic constipation is infrequent bowel movements or difficult passage of stools that persist for several weeks or longer. When the food you eat is not good, you have a low fiber diet and don’t drink water often, you have tendency to become constipated.

If the hemorrhoids are not severe, the inflammation can be alleviated by applying hydrocortisone cream. You can apply aloe vera resin, because it has anti- inflammatory properties. Foods rich in fiber, such as green leafy vegetables, avocado, and oatmeal, can help those with hemorrhoids. It improves the digestive system so that it is not difficult to defecate. It is also important to drink a lot of water to improve digestion.
