Anxiety Signs and Symptoms

Anxiety and panic and stress everyday at work is difficult to handle and can remain for a long period of time. To escape from unpleasant sensations, you may avoid locations or circumstances. Symptoms may appear in childhood or adolescence and continue throughout maturity. The typical examples are:

Extreme Fears- A phobia is accompanied by severe fear of a certain object or circumstance. The sensation is powerful enough that it affects your capacity to operate properly. These Phobias include anxieties about certain scenarios such as flying or using an elevator.

Fear of Blood Injection harm- This includes apprehensions about blood, injections, needles, or injuries. Fears for natural environment, natural disasters, such as storms and floods.

Constant Worry- Excessive worrying is one of the most typical signs of anxiety condition. People suffering from anxiety disorders will worry excessively about events or ordinary occurrences.

Lack of Concentration- Anxiety can make your memory stop which is important for storing short- term knowledge. This may help to explain the substantial drop in performance that many people experience at times of acute anxiety.

Sleep Problems – If a person is facing difficulties while sleeping at night it is clear sign of anxiety.

Physical signs of anxiety disorders:

  • Feeling tired
  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • Muscle pain

Clinical Signs and Symptoms of Anxiety Disorders:

  • Dizziness
  • Dry Mouth
  • Palpitations
  • Nausea and Vomiting
